Except in the case of goods being damaged or faulty on arrival (see below), if you wish to return an item for whatever reason please notify us by email within 7 days of receipt. When returning the item we recommend using a signed for, insured delivery method for your own peace of mind.
Non-Faulty Goods: Non-faulty goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Please return the goods in their packaging, unused and undamaged to the address at the bottom of this page. Provided this is done, we will fully refund the price of the goods. The return postage will not be refunded unless the reason for return is due to a mistake by ourselves.
Arrived Damaged: If your goods arrived damaged or faulty you must inform us by email within 48 hours. We will then replace the item free of charge.
We will accept cancellations to an order provided it has not been dispatched. All cancellations should be sent by email to email@example.com or by phone. In both cases a cancellation number will be issued as this is to be retained by the customer in case of query.
If the order has already been dispatched customers should follow the procedure under the Returns Policy above. If the correct procedure is not followed, the Customer will remain liable for the full payment. The return postage will not be refunded.
