Welcome to the Nethans cash handling systems terms and conditions for use. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions you may not use or access this Website. If you have any questions relating to these Terms and Conditions, please contact us at email@example.com prior to using the Website and before placing an order. This does not affect your statutory rights.
“We/us” means Nethans Cash handling systems; “You” means a user of this Website; “Conditions” means these terms and conditions; “Product” means a product displayed for sale on the Website; “Product Description” means that part of the Website where certain terms and conditions in respect of the individual Product are provided; “Users” means the users of the Website collectively; “Personal Information” means the details provided by you on registration; “Website” means the website located at www.cashcounter.net or any subsequent URL which may replace it; “Cookies” means small text files which our Website places on your computer’s hard drive to store information about your shopping session and to identify your computer; “United Kingdom” means England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Nethans Cash handling systems aim to provide customer confidence and peace of mind whilst shopping on the internet. To this end you are provided with access to this Website in accordance with the Conditions outlined below and any orders placed by you must be placed strictly in accordance with these Conditions.
All goods are subject to availability and we aim to despatch an order within 2 working days, We send all orders by UPS, which means you will typically receive your item(s) within 72 hours of ordering.
We offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders within England & Wales for our normal delivery times.
Please advise us of any special delivery requirements which we can specify to the courier prior to despatch. If you are not available to take receipt of a delivery and the courier has to make a return visit then we do reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee of £10.00 per item.
In exceptional cases where supplies are out of stock we will contact you to advise of any delay, or suggest an alternative purchase.
Except in the case of goods being damaged or faulty on arrival (see below), if you wish to return an item for whatever reason please notify us by email within 7 days of receipt. When returning the item we recommend using a signed for, insured delivery method for your own peace of mind.
Non-Faulty Goods: Non-faulty goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Please return the goods in their packaging, unused and undamaged to the address at the bottom of this page. Provided this is done, we will fully refund the price of the goods. The return postage will not be refunded unless the reason for return is due to a mistake by ourselves.
Arrived Damaged: If your goods arrived damaged or faulty you must inform us by email within 48 hours. We will then replace the item free of charge.
Most products supplied by Nethans Cash handling systems are automatically covered by our 12 months swap out warranty from date of purchase. In the event of a fault occurring within the first 12 months please advise us by telephone or email and we will endeavour to resolve the problem. If we cannot resolve the problem we will despatch a replacement machine and instruct our courier to collect the faulty item at the same time. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights and is provided to minimise any inconvenience to you. If we discover that a fault has been caused by misuse or use contrary to the advice given at the time of sale then we do reserve the right to make a charge for repairs and delivery/collection of the faulty machine. In certain circumstances we may offer a refund instead of repair , refunds are for the cost of goods only and will not include our delivery costs.
Please note that Fluorescent tubes in Counterfeit Banknote Detectors are excluded from our 12 months warranty.
If a fault is reported and we arrange a swap out of the faulty machine please ensure that the item to be returned is well packaged and available for collection. If the courier has to make a return visit to collect an item which was not made available then we reserve the right to make a charge for this.
Credit Card Payments
If you provide credit card details for an order you are agreeing that any future invoices may be also be charged to the same card, we will always advise of this in advance.
Trade Descriptions Act
Every care is taken to ensure that all the descriptions on the site are correct.
All the details that you give are used by ourselves only and never shared or sold to any other third party. We will however, keep your records on file for any future correspondence if appropriate and use the Personal Information you provide for processing your orders, to improve this Website and its services to you and to notify you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you.
All online orders are encrypted using the universally recognised USC SSL security system and no credit card details are retained. We will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure. But in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
We accept payment by credit card on a secure padlocked shopping checkout with 128 bit security. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or where false details are given. Your card is charged when your package is shipped.
All prices are correct at time of going to press. We reserve the right to change them at any time. All prices exclude VAT at the prevailing rate.
We will accept cancellations to an order provided it has not been dispatched. All cancellations should be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone. In both cases a cancellation number will be issued as this is to be retained by the customer in case of query.
If the order has already been dispatched customers should follow the procedure under the Returns Policy above. If the correct procedure is not followed, the Customer will remain liable for the full payment. The return postage will not be refunded.
Ownership of Goods and Passing of Risk
Ownership of all goods is retained by Nethans Cash handling systems until full payment has been received by them.
Where the goods are signed for on receipt, the customer bears the risk once the goods are signed for. If you believe that a package has been tampered with during transit, it is your responsibility to refuse to sign for the goods. Nethans Cash handling systems bears no risk for any subsequent loss resulting from any delays or loss in transit of an order.
Use of the website
You warrant that the personal information which you are required to provide when you shop online is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects and you agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.
We reserve the right modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, all or part of this Website with or without notice we will not be liable to you or any third party for any results of such an action. We reserve the right to change the Terms & Conditions from time to time. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the Conditions then do not continue to use the Website.

We are not responsible for any such external sites or resources, and do not review or endorse and are not responsible for directly or indirectly, for the contents or policies of such Websites.

These Conditions govern our relationship with you. For the avoidance of doubt any changes to these Conditions must be in writing and signed by both parties. Your Statutory Rights are not affected by these terms and conditions. Nothing in this Clause shall limit or exclude our liability in respect of any fraudulent or negligent misrepresentation whether such has become a term of the Conditions.
The Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
